Prices for All Available Packages are priced similarly to art pieces rather than real-life photography. Discounts are available for certain situations, and I can move your date up for a small rush fee. Terms of Service

Welcome to my Terms of Service page. Below are the following rules and regulations for my commissions and my photography works, including any and all photos I post online. By using my services and/or commissioning me, you automatically agree to the following terms of service. Breaking the following terms grants me the right to removal of any of my photos you post online, including photoshoots we have done unless stated otherwise. Any and all paid shoots that I take give you the rights to those photos. Please read these terms closely before commissioning me.

-- Refund Policy --

- Refunds are processed differently depending on the time it is requested. By default, you will receive a dollar or so less due to PayPal or payment provider fees.

- If you ask for a refund before the date of your photoshoot (1+ days before the date itself), you will receive a full refund.

- If you ask for a refund on the date of your photoshoot, you will receive a 10-20% deduction from your refund depending on amount of work required and which package you have selected. Larger photoshoots require more time to set up for, including searching for worlds and lighting styles that will reflect your avatar's best looks. This deduction refunds my labor and efforts in this regard.

- If you ask for a refund after the photoshoot has been complete, and you've received the un-watermarked photos, your refund WILL NOT be honored. This trade takes time and effort, and the time out of my day can be spent with another client and/or spending time with family or otherwise, and as such, I cannot offer a refund post-shoot, especially after you've received the photos.

- If you ask for a refund after the photoshoot has been complete, and I have not sent the photos to you directly (You had a poor experience with me, or need the money for any other reason), I will apply a 20-30% deduction to your refund depending on the amount of work required and which package you have selected. This is extremely inconvenient for me, but I understand that emergencies and such happen, and will be happy to give you a refund regardless of the circumstances.

- I retain all rights and usages to my photos and creations including for advertising purposes and to share and use as example and portfolio photos on any website.

- By purchasing one of my packages and receiving the images, you are granted the rights to use these images in any way, shape, or form, monetized or un-monetized. If you are using the photos in a non-public manner, such as sending the photos to friends, profile photos, or otherwise, you are not required to credit me in any way. If you are using the photos in a public manner or for monetized use, (Such as within your website, videos, Twitch streams, or generalized posting to social media platforms) I formally request that you give me credit every once in a while. You are not required to credit me for every instance, but at least once every other photo, or in-page credits lines.

- Personal editing of my photos, including re-drawing, re-coloring, or drawovers, is not permitted unless expressed otherwise by me. Cropping and re-scaling is perfectly fine.

- Do not, under any circumstances, claim the works as your own, or try to add them to any NFT or profit markets or websites.

-- Additional Information --

- All packages will include an additional $5 fee for NSFW shoots, as those require additional attention both during the shoot and during editing.

- For an additional charge ($5 for Basic and Standard, $10 for Premium), I can rush your commission, setting it as a priority and moving it up to my soonest available time slot.

- Discounts are available for super close friends and for avatars I really like. Please do not ask repeatedly for discounts, as this will result in you being blacklisted. If a discount is available for you in particular, I will inform you prior to the purchase. If I reach out to you first, chances are I will include a small discount. I rarely reach out to creators unless I really like their avatar and I have the spare time to do a discounted shoot for you.
